Avatar Image Overlapping on Text at Mobile Devices

When I open the forum with a mobile phone devices, the Avatar icon is overlapping on the text.
The attached image is a screen capture of my Huawei mobile phone.
I checked with Chrome for other devices and they all have the same issue.
Obviously not easy to read the text.
Do you have any solution?
