Hi,

Please try to load Bootstrap from CDN.

- From back-end click to "Components -> Kunena Component -> Templates".
- Click to the NTS KLuna template and choose Features tab.
- Scroll down, in the "Load Bootstrap css" option, choose Yes.
- Save configure, back to front-end and reload your forum to view change.

thanks for the suggestion but "Load Bootstrap css" option has been enabled since the beginning.

Maybe you have an another suggestion?
