If you move the mouse cursor over a link from above (problem only in the Kluna template), the lines disappear.

Thank you very much about your information. So I can't create a custom style file in the back-end. I tried to use extplore component, but it does not work. Please help me copy and paste the below CSS rules to the "nts_kluna_custom.css" file. (That file in the css folder of current joomla template).
Save and reload your site.
Code:
.klatest-items {
list-style: none;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
.klatest-items li {
border-bottom: 1px solid #eee;
padding: 10px 0;
}
.klatest-items li .klatest-itemdetails {
list-style: none;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
.klatest-items li .klatest-itemdetails .topictitle {
display: block !important;
}
Save and reload your site.

Hello, thank you for the CSS code. I'm not quite sure if I inserted it in the right place (see screenshot). In fact, when the links in the module are passed over, the line is now retained. The headings of the Kunena news in the Kluna template are unfortunately still disappearing! The code must be entered elsewhere. Strangely enough, the server's response after clicking the links now takes an unusually long time.

Hi,
I updated code to fix the "Hidden forum title when mouse" out. About the the server's response long time, please try to turn on or turn off the JCKEditor plugin, I see the issue from that extension.

I just thought everything would work now. Module and category headings in the forum now work. After opening a forum category, only the headings of the individual posts disappear, after moving over with the mouse cursor.
