NTS Kay - options for different profile positions

I'm currently using NTS Kinfinite with Kunena 4, but would like to switch to Kunena 5 soon. Thinking of buying Kay. Does it have options for profile position? I'd like to have user profiles at the top, not the side, as at present. See this link for how I have KInfinite configured and customised at the moment.
