Problems with avatar configuration

Hello, Configure avatar options NTS Kay theme in Kunena 6 and Joomla 4, I have a lot of problems.

Depending on the settings I choose, the icons may not be displayed, displayed avatars at a reduced size, displayed incorrectly, or even duplicated icons.
