Attachment name not showing in text box

Hi! I have NTS KArgo version 2.03
What is the problem when attachment file names are not showing in the text box when you add a file?
When you submit the form, the attachment file is downloading like it should, even text box isn´t showing any file names.
Can you help where to find problem?
