I purchased the NTS KMax Template and the account is supposed to be good until 11/19/2018.
However, I came to log in today and found out that my account is gone and was deleted.
I set-up a new account with the same user-name and email address (which proves that my old account was deleted).
Why would you guys do that? Especially after I already paid for your product? (if you search for my userid, you can see my previous posts)
