Install problems

Hello

Have just bought and downloaded NTS Infinite template for Kunena but when I try and install it on a joomla site on which I am already running Kunena I am getting the following error:

'File template.xml missing in template archive, cannot install this template'

Any ideas?

The NTS KInfinite is a Kunena template. It is not a Joomla! template, please read this document before install the NTS KInfinite template to your site.

8I am trying to install the template within the Kunena component running on a Joomla site. I am using the Kunena template install process within the Kunena 'Template Manager'. The component is currently running a Kunena template created by the Kunena team (its called Blue Eagle). Are you saying that this template doesn't work with Kunena installed on a Joomla site?

Are you using the Kunena 2.x or Kunena 3.x? Can you provide us some information of your site (Current joomla version, Current Kunena version.)?

I am using Joomla 2.5 for the main site and running Kunena 2.0.1

Why do you not upgrade to Kunena 2.0.4? It's a latest version of the Kunena 2.x. If your server can not upgrade to the Kunena 3.x, We will send you the compatible package with Kunena 2.x.
