Responsive problems in mobile devices

Hello, firstly I bought kunena template NTS KRevista, and it wasn´t fully responsive and I decided to buy one template that was it, NTS KInfinite, but I'm having some problems when viewing my web on mobile devices:
1.- In profile page, the avatar and the words get overlapped.
2.- Profile menu "edit" is barely visible, because is almost the same color of the background.
3.- In my themes the words get cutted and can´t be complete seen
4.- The users access module in the same page than kunena forum, the user square get a greater height.
Can you tell me how to solve these problems? I bought it because I thought this template that was the most expensive was fully responsive.

Is there any news?

Hello. I'm having many problems with this template on mobile phones. In the specifications says it is a responsive template, but it isn`t. It has a lot of bugs and mistakes. The las one was on a poll. The poll on mobile phone disappears like in the image attached.

Can you solve me these problems please? I bought the template two weeks ago and I can use it with good conditions.
