Quick reply form not displaying correctly

Hi,

The quick reply form displays as a modal when I select the "Default" option in the template back-end. This does not happen at all when I use Kunena's default template.

Thank you very much for bug report. We have fixed this issue and updated to the template package, please download template latest version and update to your website.
