Unable to display menu in NTSKay

I'm trying to display the menu items in NTSKay but am unable to.
I have created and published the menu items (Index, Recent Topics, Unread, etc) in the Joomla Kunena Menu but they do not appear. I also tested this by assigning them to Public and also Registered User so they appear when a user ids logged in but so far no luck.
As a test I also created the menu items in Joomla's Main Menu and when published these appear in both the NTSKay menu AND in the websites main navigation.
Any suggestions on how to get them to appear in the NTSKay menu?

Maybe it's a good idea to read Kunena documentation on Kunena site?

Yep, tried all of that and it still doesn't work. Trashed all the forum menus I previously created and started from the beginning again and — nothing.

This had nothing to do with NTSKay but with Kunena settings. Read Kunena documentation!
