Hi dagroupinc,
From your back-end click to the "System -> Global Configuration -> Users" menu. Enable the "Allow User Registration" option to allow visitor can register an account on your website.

Allow USer Activation is already activated. What I can't find and/or activate is the 'Forgot My Username' menu item

Here's what I have — Reset Username doesn't appear. Unless it's called something else?
