Sorry, but then I'm out of options. Maybe developers have a solution.
One more tip: Enable Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use URL Rewriting
Has nothing to do with your problem, but looks a lot better!

It seems to me that there is something wrong with your homepage. I am missing

Code:

<main id="sp-component" class="col-lg-12 ">

on your homepage, so the user component cannot be shown.
See what happens if you set menu-item join as homepage just for testing.

I have fixed this issue on your website. I created a menu "Create an account" and assigned Helix Ultimate - Default style to this menu.
