Profile right not working

When setting profile right layout is ruined and profile is displayed below item.

What do you mean by "soon"? It is almost three weeks now without solution. Your templates are not very expensive, but when I pay for something I want at least adequate support.

It works now, but really annoying that when re-installing the template all custom settings are gone.
